Oliver Cook
Oliver has managed a number of landed estates, overseeing a broad range of assets and enterprises. His background gives him a detailed understanding of landlord and tenant law across residential, agricultural and commercial property, alongside extensive experience in day-to-day estate operations and long-term strategic planning.
He regularly advises on land management schemes, game and deer management, diversification and succession planning. Having worked with private individuals, families and public bodies, Oliver is skilled in understanding objectives quickly and navigating negotiations to reach strong outcomes for all involved.
Outside work, Oliver runs a smallholding in the New Forest and exercises his rights as a commoner, grazing pedigree North Devon cattle, New Forest ponies and pigs.

Jessica Woodford Lewis
Jess has over ten years’ experience in rural estate management and property consultancy. She is involved with several private landed estates, managing varied property portfolios, where her role includes overseeing landlord and tenant matters, considering diversification and development opportunities, and advising on estate strategy.
Jess specialises in rural planning and diversification and has a strong track record of securing planning permission for the reuse of agricultural buildings, farm worker dwellings, and new agricultural buildings in protected landscapes.
Jess is also an experienced RICS Registered Valuer, having carried out Red Book valuations for both private and institutional clients.
Away from the office, Jess lives in the heart of the New Forest and enjoys trail running with the New Forest Bloodhounds and exploring the National Park and Dorset coastline with her husband and two labradors.

Ben Kennard
Ben is an apprentice rural surveyor working towards his RICS accreditation through Harper Adams University. He supports the team with landlord and tenant matters, planning applications, and wider estate management.
Growing up on his family’s arable and beef farm in Dorset, Ben developed a strong interest in rural property and land management, which has led him to pursue a career in rural surveying. He has a particular interest in conservation of Historic Houses and biodiversity.
Outside of work, Ben enjoys playing hockey and horse riding. He has recently moved to the area and is settling into life in the New Forest.
